Q: Are your products handmade?
A: Yes! Each piece is meticulously handcrafted by designer Arezou Shokoufandeh in North Vancouver. Drawing inspiration from the cosmos, Arezou transforms star maps, galaxies, and constellations into wearable art using her unique beading techniques. 

Q: Can I request a custom design?
A: Absolutely! If you have a specific celestial design in mind or a favourite starry motif you'd like to wear, please send us a picture or description. We'll work with you to create a piece that's uniquely yours. 

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: We provide detailed information on length, colour, and weight for each piece. If you don't find the right size or have specific requests, please leave a comment at checkout or email us directly. We're here to assist you in finding the perfect fit. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Since each item is custom-made, processing times vary. You will be communicated with every step of the way. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
A: Our pieces are crafted with delicate materials that require gentle handling:

• Avoid wearing jewelry while swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
   
• Do not expose jewelry to perfumes, lotions, or makeup.
   
• Store your jewelry in its box and keep it away from humid environments.
   
• Handle jewelry carefully to prevent damage to glass beads and other components.
