All of our pieces are handmade and custom-crafted, which means that all sales are final. 

We do not offer returns or refunds. 

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

We strongly encourage you to review all product photos and descriptions thoroughly. 

Our listings aim to show size, shape, and colour in various lighting and angles. 

If you're unsure about anything: such as sizing, materials, or customization.

Our designs are made using delicate materials that require gentle handling. 

To preserve your piece:

• Do not wear your jewelry while swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
   
• Avoid impact- glass beads and fragile elements can break if dropped or mishandled.
   
• Keep away from cosmetics, including perfume, makeup, lotion, and hairspray.
   
• Store your jewelry in its original box and in a dry, cool place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
