Please read our policy page and choose carefully as all products are custom made/handmade and therefore all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds and exchanges are decided on a case-by-case basis.
 

Please look at all the pictures of the product you wish to purchase, to see the size, shape and color in different lights and from different angles. If you are not sure or have any questions please email me before ordering to make sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase.
 

I tried as much as possible to indicate the length, color and weight of each piece, however If you don't find the right size, you can leave a comment at checkout or email me with any questions or special requests.
 

Most of the materials used are extremely delicate and need extra care and gentle handling. Do not swim, take showers, exercise, or fiddle with the jewelry.
Throwing your jewelry on hard surfaces can break the glass beads easily.
 

Avoid putting your jewelry in contact with cosmetics such as perfumes, creams or make up.
 

Keep your jewelry in its box and away from humid environments.
